This is a test. This is only a test.

OK, I spent way too much time yesterday working on the new template for this blog. I had been working for quite awhile when I got an email from Ms. Val letting me know that my blog now wasn't working in IE! UGH!!! Turns out it was the IntenseDebate comment widget I was using. One of the main reasons I was going with a new template was so I could move from the hard-coding of IntenseDebate and use their much easier Widget. Well, the widget doesn't work with IE. And their answer, "Most of our customers don't use IE." Um, kinda hard to tell the few who do use IE that they shouldn't use IE.

So I ended up hard-coding IntenseDebate comments back into my template only to find out that it wasn't working still. Now the comments were disappearing. UGH again!!! So I gave up, I wasn't super fond of IntenseDebate. Plus they were bought out by a new company and they are going to merge all of IntenseDebate into the new company. So for now, it is back to the old Blogger Comments.

The only downfall to going back to Blogger Comments, I lost all of the comments made while I had IntenseDebate installed. :(

This is a test. This station is conducting a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. This is only a test.
This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. The broadcasters of your area in voluntary cooperation with the Federal, State and local authorities have developed this system to keep you informed in the event of an emergency. If this had been an actual emergency, the Attention Signal you just heard would have been followed by official information, news or instructions. This station serves the blogger area. This concludes this test of the Emergency Broadcast System.

Craig, I am reading this on one of the school computers that uses IE. It seems to be working. We'll see what happens on my home computer.

Oh, and thanks for returning to the old comment format. :-)

It should be working now. I found the problems, it seems there were 3 different things causing the error. 1 of the errors was my fault, the other 2 were Intense Debate.

And yes, I am glad to be back to the original comment format!

I think you went a little widget happy there, Dear.

BTW, your blog now shows up just fine on my home computer.

I told you I am a geek, I love to "tinker" with stuff. That is part of the reason I am always working on this blog or my website. I love to always play around with the code and see what happens. LOL Kinda like me an electronics. I love to pull something apart to see what makes it run. Good thing I am pretty good at putting them back together too! :)
